Senior Professional Services Consultant

About the role

We have an opportunity for a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our Professional Services Solutions team located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Director of Professional Services Solutions for EMEA. In this pivotal role, you will work to accelerate customer adoption of our products by providing installation services and technical leadership to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer business requirements, pain‑points and translate them into actionable implementation projects.
• Work closely with customers and Infoblox Professional Services team members to address technical and business challenges using Infoblox products (NIOS, UniversalDDI, Infoblox Threat Defense).
• Create project technical documentation and perform Infoblox upgrades/refreshes for customer environments.
• Ensure projects complete successfully, on time and on budget, achieving a customer satisfaction score of 95 % or above.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to enhance discovery, scope services, improve proposal quality and drive efficient pre‑sales engagement.
• Mentor customers on Infoblox technology and guide Skilled to Secure partners on implementation best practices.
• Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base and establish strong relationships with regional Professional Services, Support and Sales teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years in professional services delivery and consulting; experience with Infoblox, BlueCat or Palo Alto Networks is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS networking or software security, DNS, DHCP and IP address management.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present to internal and external audiences.
• Customer‑centric mindset and willingness to take initiative for the right outcome.
• Good technical knowledge of security concepts and implementations.
• Ability to travel up to 40 % of the time.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience.
