Senior Project Manager – Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive autonomy to lead large‑scale engineering projects. You will be accountable for both the financial performance and technical success of projects typically under $500 million in total installed cost.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of planning, execution, and delivery for major domestic and international projects.
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet company policies and contractual obligations.
• Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Serve as proposal manager for major project bids when required.
• Possibly manage two or more smaller projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with an average of 20+ years.
• Several years of experience at the Project Manager level.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex engineering projects.
