Senior Project Manager – Enterprise SaaS Delivery

About the role

Own the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent platform projects, leading cross‑functional and vendor work streams while setting the operational cadence each client requires. This senior position requires a seasoned project manager who can run several projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple platform projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources and timelines to prevent slippage.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership across cross‑functional and vendor teams, removing blockers and keeping everyone aligned to the plan.
• Plan and schedule work streams, manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and track milestones.
• Coordinate change‑control governance, communication plans, weekly/monthly reports and escalation matrices.
• Track budgets and resources, ensuring financial accountability and optimal allocation.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations and align deliverables with business objectives.
• Ensure quality, compliance with standards, regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Identify and manage inter‑dependencies, design risk mitigation strategies and support SaaS adoption, training and change management.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of proven project‑management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS delivery.
• PMP certification (mandatory).
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams and vendors across concurrent work streams.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment with self‑managed time and shifting priorities.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to boost productivity.
