Senior Project Manager – Expo 2030 Riyadh

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will support the Delivery Director in leading the Construction Delivery Team for the Expo 2030 Riyadh infrastructure program. Reporting directly to the Delivery Director, the role ensures continuity of leadership, client liaison and successful execution of the project’s scope.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Delivery Director and Package Managers in supervising the construction delivery team across the assigned portfolio.
• Act as deputy for the Delivery Director during absences, meetings or peak workload periods.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Oversee planning, directing and coordinating team activities to deliver the program on schedule and within scope.
• Support the Senior Leadership Team in implementing the agreed execution strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior project management within large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and provide continuity of leadership.
• Strong client‑facing skills and experience managing stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated capability to plan, direct and coordinate complex project activities.
