Senior Project Manager - Fitout

About the role

The Senior Project Manager – Fitout leads complex construction projects from inception through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety standards. You will act as the central point of coordination between clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
• Monitor and control project budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.
• Create and maintain project schedules, track progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all work complies with quality standards, project specifications and building codes.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee contract management, including negotiation, execution and compliance.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Resolve issues and obstacles that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management.
• Support HSE initiatives and contribute to incident reporting in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of overall work experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior project management position within construction.
• GCC experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Professional qualification and mandatory registration with PMPSCE.
