Senior Project Manager

About the role

Blue Yonder is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional projects that drive strategic business outcomes in the supply‑chain and retail space. You will be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder engagement and team performance, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close multiple concurrent projects or a large‑scale program.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to carry out project activities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; escalate when necessary and drive remediation.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, set expectations, provide regular status updates and facilitate decision‑making.
• Ensure quality management and compliance with organizational standards.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned.
• Mentor junior project managers or coordinators and lead change‑management efforts.
• Track financials, forecasts and variance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role handling complex projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain and retail domains.
