Senior Project Manager

About the role

Elm Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead portfolio execution for priority products and partnership initiatives. The role ensures technical readiness, coordinates cross‑functional stakeholders, and drives products from execution to operational launch in line with business objectives and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated execution plans for priority products and partnership projects.
• Establish tracking mechanisms for risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Monitor progress, drive timely completion of critical activities, and align plans with launch timelines.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Product, and Sector teams to resolve delivery dependencies.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, ensure accountability for action items, and escalate unresolved issues through governance channels.
• Maintain a blocker register, assign owners, set resolution dates, and monitor mitigation performance.
• Translate business objectives into clear, testable technical requirements and oversee integration activities.

Required profile

• At least 48 months (4 years) of experience managing complex project portfolios.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple functional teams and resolve delivery blockers.
• Strong understanding of product launch processes and governance requirements.
• Experience working in a multinational environment, preferably within the Middle East region.
