Senior Project Manager

About the role

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary mixed‑use and commercial development projects from concept through completion. You will provide strategic leadership, ensure commercial viability, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while coordinating diverse stakeholder groups.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project set‑up, contract finalisation, internal alignment and team mobilisation.
• Manage contract obligations, scope definition, and scope changes across all disciplines.
• Appoint and coordinate sub‑consultants, handling scope, fees and agreements.
• Maintain WSP quality standards and client expectations for all deliverables.
• Serve as primary interface with clients, consultants, contractors, end users and authorities.
• Conduct client workshops, executive‑level presentations and reporting.
• Oversee stakeholder environments, balancing commercial, operational, technical and design priorities.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and expectations to sustain project momentum.

Required profile

• Minimum 13 years (156 months) of project management experience in construction or real‑estate development.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams with high autonomy.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
