Senior Project Manager – Luxury Projects

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Manager for luxury projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing multiple Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and management to all Project Managers, ensuring on‑schedule and on‑budget delivery.
• Set goals for PMs and projects aligned with the Country Manager and corporate strategy.
• Oversee delivery and overall success of projects, reporting progress and performance to the Country Manager.
• Establish and monitor Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control plans.
• Act as the company representative with clients and subcontractors, negotiating scope changes.
• Collaborate with Business Development to market and secure additional work.
• Develop and distribute project summaries to the project team.
• Work with key project individuals to address cost overruns or delays and advise stakeholders.
• Promote technical and commercial excellence through quality assurance processes.
• Monitor milestones and conditions affecting cost or schedule and report them.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in construction and design management, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of program management, engineering principles, and industry best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal interactions.
• Advanced leadership abilities to supervise project managers and resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency with current technology and its effective application on projects.
