Senior Project Manager - Property Development

About the role

A large property developer with a strong presence in the Riyadh market is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of property-related projects. You will work directly with one of the leading private developers and alongside world-class RE professionals, ensuring projects meet time, cost and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution against time, cost and quality objectives
• Monitor schedules, budgets and risk management plans
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors and consultants and act as the main liaison between client, consultants and contractor
• Track budgets, identify cost overruns and initiate corrective actions
• Oversee cost control, variation orders, claims and EOT evaluations with the commercial team
• Maintain project documentation and lead progress meetings

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing construction projects
• PMP certification is a must
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• English, written and spoken

Required skills

• Solid experience in cost control, variation management and EOT assessment
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulatory requirements
