Senior Project Manager – Site Supervision (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Senior Project Manager (Site Supervision) to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role you will oversee all aspects of site operations and project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strict health, safety and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on‑site activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor site teams—including contractors, subcontractors and laborers—while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Monitor project progress, identify variances and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Manage project documentation such as daily reports, progress updates and regulatory submissions required by Saudi authorities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and government agencies to address concerns and maintain transparent communication.
• Analyze and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans for potential delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure quality assurance and control measures are applied throughout all construction phases.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management.
• Manage procurement and logistics for site materials and equipment, optimizing resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of project management experience in construction administration services.
• Minimum 10 years of direct site supervision and on‑site management experience.
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling and budget management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes and best practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations, building codes and local compliance requirements.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent industry credential.
