Senior Project Manager - Voice & Core

About the role

The Senior Project Manager – Voice & Core will work closely with the Program Manager to deliver high‑quality consultancy services for Voice and Core network projects. You will own end‑to‑end implementation, ensure alignment with scope, timelines and quality standards, and lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Voice & Core projects, ensuring scope, schedule and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager on delivery targets, KPIs and overall program objectives.
• Manage consultancy services, supervising team performance and productivity.
• Define rollout objectives and execution priorities in line with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure all Core‑related dependencies are addressed and acceptance issues are resolved.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate risks to program delivery.
• Facilitate coordination among stakeholders, vendors and contractors.
• Validate deliverables against project plans and quality guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting and timely submission of client deliverables.
• Establish mechanisms to track, review and close project issues.
• Conduct regular progress review meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Define and enforce a Responsibility Matrix (RACI) across all parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including at least 5 years in leadership roles managing large‑scale Core Network projects.
• Proven experience managing Core and EPC engineering or consultancy teams from requirements definition to final design delivery.
• Strong expertise in end‑to‑end Core network environments, including Multi‑Operator Core Networks (MOCN).
• Extensive experience in project execution management (planning, budgeting, quality control, risk management).
• In‑depth knowledge of telecom technologies such as IoT, LTE, 4G, 3G, 2G, WLAN, Mobile IP and web‑based service platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in Core and EPC engineering design, optimization and KPI performance management.
