Senior Projects Manager

About the role

The Senior Projects Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of fast‑track fit‑out projects for a variety of sectors including hospitality, hotels, high‑end residential, retail and education across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies and build relationships with new clients.
• Lead the end‑to‑end tendering process, from preparation to submission.
• Identify stakeholders, define communication plans and manage project schedules.
• Plan procurement activities in line with project timelines and manage risks.
• Define project scope, budgets, schedules and select subcontractors.
• Coordinate resources (labour, materials, equipment) to optimise utilisation.
• Oversee construction sites, manage vendors and trades, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale fit‑out or construction projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Strong leadership with the ability to work flexibly across multiple locations.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to client expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
