Senior QA Engineer (Mobile)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer (Mobile) to ensure the quality and reliability of globally used mobile applications. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will own the QA lifecycle from feature validation to production releases, working remotely with an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Define test strategies, create detailed test plans, cases and checklists based on product specifications.
• Execute functional, exploratory, regression, UI/UX and end‑to‑end API testing on real devices and emulators.
• Develop, maintain and expand mobile test automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and automate critical user journeys.
• Validate builds, test deep links, perform pre‑release checks and monitor production performance.
• Track QA metrics such as test coverage, defect rates and automation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Mobile Engineers, Backend Engineers and Architects throughout development.

Required profile

• Strong mobile QA expertise with hands‑on experience testing iOS and Android applications.
• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and automation frameworks.
• Experience working in a remote, cross‑functional environment.
• Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycles, platform guidelines and App Store / Google Play release processes.

Required skills

• iOS and Android testing on real devices and emulators.
• Debugging tools such as Proxyman, Charles, Fiddler, ADB logcat and Xcode Console.
• API testing with Postman, REST and GraphQL services.
• Mobile test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration.
