Senior React Native Developer (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking a Senior React Native Developer who is fluent in Arabic to help modernize and scale its enterprise‑grade mobile applications that support a large ERP ecosystem. You will work closely with backend, product and design teams to deliver high‑performance, feature‑rich mobile modules for both iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high‑performance React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Refactor and modernize legacy React Native or hybrid codebases.
• Create reusable UI components using design systems such as NativeBase or Tamagui.
• Implement feature flags (LaunchDarkly, Firebase Remote Config, ConfigCat) for controlled rollouts and A/B testing.
• Work within a monorepo architecture (Nx, Turborepo, etc.) and ensure modular application structure.
• Optimize app performance, startup time, and memory usage.
• Maintain app quality through automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost productivity.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React patterns (Hooks, Context, state management).
• Experience upgrading or maintaining legacy React Native applications.
• Familiarity with design systems, feature‑flagging solutions, and monorepo setups.
• Solid understanding of mobile performance, debugging, and platform differences (iOS/Android).
• Comfortable using Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Fluent Arabic speaking ability.
