Senior Regional Services Partner – MENA

About the role

Elastic is seeking an experienced Regional Services Partner to lead its Enterprise & Public Sector Services business across the MENA region. The role blends commercial ownership, customer engagement and delivery excellence to drive services bookings and ensure successful execution of complex engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve services bookings and revenue targets.
• Build and execute a territory services strategy aligned with account plans.
• Lead the services bid and negotiation lifecycle, including scope, pricing and contracts.
• Develop Statements of Work tied to measurable milestones and business outcomes.
• Oversee a portfolio of concurrent engagements, ensuring delivery within cost, margin and satisfaction expectations.
• Provide governance for strategic accounts, manage escalations and align sales, delivery and customer success stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in professional services, program delivery or pre‑sales within enterprise technology.
• Proven experience with enterprise and public‑sector organisations.
• Demonstrated commercial ownership of services bookings, forecasting and complex contract negotiations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Saudi Arabian citizenship is essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional international trips.
