Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC & Ventilation (Riyadh)

About the role

We are a leading international manufacturer of ventilation and HVAC solutions expanding in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Senior Sales Engineer will drive business growth across Riyadh and the Central Region by acting as the technical expert for consultants, MEP contractors, developers and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project opportunities from initial engagement and tendering through commercial negotiation and final order conversion.
• Build and maintain deep‑rooted relationships with tier‑1 consultants, MEP contractors, developers and end‑users across the Central Region.
• Facilitate product positioning and technical specification during design and tender stages, collaborating closely with marketing and engineering teams.
• Review complex technical specifications, execute precise product selections, and prepare competitive commercial proposals.
• Conduct professional technical presentations and engineering discussions with client stakeholders.
• Maintain a highly accurate sales pipeline, forecast reports and strategic market updates for regional management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• 3 to 4 years of proven technical sales experience within the HVAC, ventilation or MEP sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Mandatory experience specifying and selling Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and industrial/commercial Fans.
• Strong, established network of key consultants and MEP contractors in the Central Region.
• Exceptional negotiation, commercial acumen and consultative communication skills.
• Valid KSA driving license and personal vehicle.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
