Senior Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will lead the company’s key account portfolio in Jeddah, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base through strategic sales initiatives. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to senior management and plays a pivotal role in shaping the market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Achieve and exceed defined revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Lead negotiations with prospective and existing clients to secure profitable contracts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on‑site and manage a full sales cycle.
