Senior Sales Executive – Retail (Dammam)

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive – Retail will support the Area Sales Manager in promoting and selling Jotun’s decorative product range to new and existing customers in Dammam. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, gross margin, and timely payment collection while expanding market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce, promote and sell decorative products to allocated customers and territories through regular visits, marketing activities and campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers and distributors, handling complaints and updating the CRM database.
• Ensure profitability by selling high‑value products and expanding the retail network.
• Secure small/medium maintenance projects and coordinate distribution for awarded projects.
• Coordinate retail information flow and respond promptly to client inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
• 3–4 years of experience in retail sales and business development.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong commercial mindset, ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Methodical planning, teamwork and results‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
