Senior Sales KAM - Large Scale Enterprise Software Solutions

About the role

InnovationTeam is looking for a Senior Sales Key Account Manager (KAM) in Riyadh to lead strategic enterprise and government relationships and drive business growth in the region. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise-level cloud and software solution sales, with a proven ability to secure large-scale contracts and lead a full 360-degree sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy for enterprise and government accounts.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Identify and close complex opportunities across software, cloud, AI and digital transformation projects.
• Develop account plans, pipeline forecasts and strategic partnership initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
• Represent InnovationTeam in key customer and partner meetings.
• Maintain alignment with business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise technology or government sales.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Saudi nationals only.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of cloud, LLM/AI, in-house and managed service business models.
• Strong relationship-building and executive-level decision-making skills.
