Senior Sales Manager, Enterprise KSA

About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead its Enterprise team in Saudi Arabia. You will guide a group of experienced Account Managers, driving cloud adoption across the Kingdom’s most strategic industries while supporting Vision 2030 digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of senior Enterprise Account Managers covering key Saudi verticals such as energy, telecom, financial services, retail and government‑linked conglomerates.
• Design and execute KSA‑specific go‑to‑market strategies aligned with Vision 2030 priorities.
• Build and deepen C‑level and board‑level relationships with enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Solution Architecture, Professional Services, Support, Business Development and Partner organizations.
• Establish strategic partnerships with Saudi systems integrators and regional consulting firms.
• Consult customers on digital transformation, cloud migration and modernisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience managing enterprise account teams.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud services and ability to engage with solution architects and engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success in building C‑level relationships and delivering revenue targets.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi market dynamics and Vision 2030 priorities.
