About the role
We are looking for a senior sales leader to drive growth of Tata Communications’ Telecom System Integration services across the Middle East, based in Riyadh. The role will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with telecom operators and MVNOs, and lead a regional sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for network integration, deployment, managed services and transformation programs.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead identification to deal closure.
- Develop and execute account strategies for key telecom operator customers.
- Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain CXO‑level relationships with operators, MVNOs and strategic partners.
- Lead commercial modelling, pricing strategies and margin analysis.
- Support RFP/tender responses with commercial inputs and risk assessment.
- Lead, mentor and manage regional sales teams to achieve targets.
Required profile
- Proven sales leadership experience in telecom system integration services.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with deal structuring.
- Demonstrated ability to manage CXO‑level customer relationships.
- Track record of building and leading high‑performing sales teams.
- Deep regional knowledge of the Middle East telecom market.
