Senior Salesforce Specialist – Experience Center

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Salesforce Specialist to support its Residential Development division. The role will manage and continuously improve the company’s Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and alignment with the broader CRM strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud (workflows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and user permissions).
• Support the Residential CRM roadmap, execute enhancements, and manage change requests and release documentation.
• Develop operational dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, case volumes, campaign results, and CRM adoption.
• Deliver end‑user training, create user guides, and provide day‑to‑day CRM support.
• Manage Service Cloud case management, including queues, routing, SLAs, and knowledge articles.
• Execute Marketing Cloud campaigns, build journeys, email/landing‑page templates, and handle audience segmentation and consent management.
• Monitor data quality, perform cleansing, validation, and de‑duplication activities.
• Coordinate integrations with IT and external vendors, and support rollout of Salesforce AI features such as Einstein and Agentforce.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration and CRM support experience.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional sales and marketing teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and process optimization.
