Senior Scheduling Control Engineer

About the role

The Senior Scheduling Control Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of construction and engineering initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to align schedules with overall project goals.
• Manage schedule change requests, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Provide regular status updates to project teams and senior management.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and recommend performance improvements.
• Support project managers in budgeting and resource planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project scheduling control on national or international initiatives.
• Fluent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to present schedule plans to senior management and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.
