About the role
Penspen is seeking a Senior Scheduling/Planning Engineer to support its PMS projects in Khafji, Saudi Arabia and Dubai, UAE. The role leads the project controls team, providing schedule development and oversight for large‑scale engineering and construction initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the project controls team across multiple projects.
- Deliver project control support to the Project Management team, ensuring accurate programme delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (or a diploma with a recognised planning and scheduling certificate) and 8‑10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, including at least 4‑6 years in oil & gas or heavy‑technology projects.
- Proven ability to evaluate and resolve complex scheduling and planning issues.
Required skills
- Critical Path Network Analysis.
- Primavera scheduling software.
- Microsoft Project.
