Senior Scheme Relationship Specialist

About the role

Checkout.com is looking for a Senior Scheme Relationship Specialist to drive the growth of its payment ecosystem across the MENA region. You will own and expand partnerships with acquiring banks, alternative payment methods, and major card networks, contributing directly to the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow commercial relationships with acquiring banks, APMs, Visa, Mastercard and other payment providers.
• Lead expansion projects across geographies and payment methods, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Negotiate operational and commercial terms to secure the most favorable outcomes for Checkout.com.
• Ensure partnership processes are followed and deliverables are met on both sides.
• Design and implement new processes to scale partnerships for efficiency and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payments, partnership management or related fields.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects autonomously in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
