Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Remote, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability and operational performance of critical production systems. The role is fully remote and supports a high‑throughput platform where availability, latency and correctness directly impact customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs and error budgets, linking reliability data to engineering priorities.
• Lead high‑severity incident response, conduct post‑mortems and improve alert quality.
• Design, operate and continuously improve secure, cost‑efficient cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Perform capacity planning, load testing and proactive headroom analysis.
• Build production software and developer‑facing tooling to reduce operational toil.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in SRE, production engineering or backend engineering in cloud‑native environments.
• Proven track record owning systems end‑to‑end, from design through production operation.
• Hands‑on experience with SLIs/SLOs, error budgets and high‑severity incident management.
• Strong understanding of distributed‑system failure modes, capacity constraints and graceful degradation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
