Senior Solution Architect – Risk & Compliance (Banking)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and modernization of Risk & Compliance solutions for the banking sector. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and regulatory‑compliant enterprise solutions that meet both business and technology requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Risk & Compliance solutions.
• Define architecture and integration strategies for GRC, AML, KYC, and financial‑crime platforms.
• Collaborate with business units, technology teams, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead solution design, implementation, migration, and production support activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of solution architecture experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in Risk & Compliance, AML, KYC, sanctions screening and GRC.
• Experience with cloud migration, digital transformation and integration with core banking, IAM and data platforms.
