Senior Specialist - Asset Application Support

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Asset Application Support provides hands‑on L2 technical assistance for Qiddiya’s suite of asset‑related applications. You will resolve complex incidents, handle service requests and work closely with L0/L1 teams and business users to ensure smooth operation of ticketing, POS, leasing and park‑management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert‑level L2 support for asset applications, addressing incidents and service requests promptly.
• Analyse recurring problems, perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of support procedures, resolutions and knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with L0/L1 teams to improve first‑call resolution rates through training and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in testing, validation and rollout of application updates and enhancements.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the manager and coordinate with vendors for specialised support.
• Engage with business users to understand operational challenges and propose technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT application support, preferably within asset‑management environments.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integrations and incident‑management processes.
