About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to manage and administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with obligations, company policies and regulations while supporting commercial and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Administer contracts from initiation to close‑out, maintaining accurate records.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies and applicable regulations.
Support contract negotiations, review amendments and change requests.
Monitor contractor performance and mitigate contractual risks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective commercial and operational results.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in contracts management, procurement or commercial management.
Experience with large‑scale projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate or the public sector is preferred.
Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP, MRICS or equivalent are an advantage.
