Senior Specialist, Engineering and IT Services Indirect Procurement

About the role

This position supports the sourcing, procurement, and contract management of engineering, technology and indirect service categories. The specialist ensures timely, cost‑effective and compliant acquisition of goods and services while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate sourcing and procurement activities for engineering, IT services, software, hardware, maintenance, consulting and other indirect spend categories.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, tender documentation, bid evaluations and procurement recommendations in line with approved procedures.
• Analyse supplier proposals, pricing structures and total cost of ownership to support supplier selection decisions.
• Execute end‑to‑end procurement tasks including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation support, contracting and purchase order issuance.
• Develop spend analyses, procurement reports, supplier performance assessments and market intelligence to drive category management.
• Coordinate supplier qualification, onboarding, performance review and relationship management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain functions.
