Senior Specialist – HR Operations & Employee Relations

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead HR Operations and Employee Relations for its RSSE subsidiary. The role supports the HR Manager by overseeing daily HR activities, ensuring smooth recruitment, performance management, and a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to interview coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, conflict resolution, and relations matters.
• Assist in administering performance appraisal cycles, providing timely feedback and supporting managers with performance issues.
• Organize and oversee training and development programs that match business needs.
• Ensure HR policies and documentation are up‑to‑date and compliant with local regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to drive employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in HR operations or employee relations.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on conflict resolution and employee support.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with broader HR strategy.
