Senior Specialist Physician

About the role

Fakeeh Care is seeking a Senior Specialist Physician to deliver high‑quality diagnosis and treatment to patients across its facilities. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with attending physicians, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient care within granted privileges, adhering to Fakeeh Care policies and clinical standards.
• Document all care activities according to internal documentation procedures.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Perform or assist in medical and surgical procedures as permitted by privileges.
• Generate and deliver medical reports promptly in the required format.
• Participate in departmental meetings, scientific activities, and junior staff training.
• Support continuous improvement, safety, confidentiality, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Comply with Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, mandatory education, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Clear communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and non‑medical staff.
• Ability to present information to groups and management.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to work under high‑stress conditions.
• 0–3 years of experience in the specialty within recognized hospitals or health centers.
• Saudi Specialty Certificate or equivalent health‑science credential.
• Valid medical practice license (e.g., SCFHS/DHA) and BLS certification; advanced licenses if applicable.
