About the role
The Senior Specialist QA & PMS will support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance and Post Market Surveillance activities across the MENA organization, ensuring regulatory compliance and product safety.
Key responsibilities
- Execute QA and PMS activities in line with local, regional, and corporate procedures.
- Support the local Quality Management System (QMS) and coordinate product safety reporting with stakeholders.
- Manage quality events such as non‑conformances, CAPAs, and follow‑up actions.
- Assist in developing and updating quality procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Participate in internal and external audits and deliver quality training.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare or related field.
- 1‑3 years experience in QA, Regulatory Affairs, PMS or similar healthcare/medical‑device environment.
- Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
