Senior Storage Lead Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

Excis Compliance is looking for an experienced Senior Storage Lead to own the design, implementation and support of enterprise storage, backup and data‑protection solutions across its Saudi Arabia operations. The role combines hands‑on technical work with leadership of incident response and capacity planning.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support SAN/NAS environments, handling provisioning, configuration, expansion, migration and decommissioning.
• Monitor storage availability, performance, capacity and health, and raise improvement recommendations.
• Troubleshoot complex SAN, NAS and connectivity issues between servers, virtualization platforms and storage arrays.
• Lead P1/P2 incident management, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate with infrastructure teams and vendors.
• Manage enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, ExaGrid, Synology NAS, etc.), including policy definition, scheduling, retention and capacity.
• Support disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity activities, ensuring RPO/RTO targets are met and participating in DR testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in enterprise storage, backup and data‑protection technologies.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with SAN/NAS, virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud backup (Azure Backup, Azure Storage).
• Strong incident‑management skills, including P1/P2 handling and root‑cause analysis.
• Experience planning and executing storage migrations, capacity management and DR testing.
