Senior Supply Chain Project Manager

About the role

GE Vernova is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager in Dammam to own end-to-end project management for its Supply Chain development projects. The role provides operational oversight of key transformation initiatives such as expansion, transfer of work, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures, and delivers results on large-scale, cross-business projects aligned with business and stakeholder needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business cases for business initiatives, taking account of sector challenges and changes.
• Control large-scale, cross-business projects and initiatives, with financial accountability for project budgets and cross-functional interaction with senior leadership.
• Create and enforce enterprise project tollgate standards and methodologies (checklists, read-across, post-mortems, make vs. buy workbooks, go/no-go criteria).
• Set goals and program direction to achieve SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, cost), sustainability and reliability results.
• Lead and direct commercial, product line, project, engineering and other interfacing functions, ensuring the right people are involved in each project.
• Communicate and influence partnerships, and champion the GE Vernova Way and the Sustainability Framework in supply chain development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Business.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Supply Chain, Lean or Sourcing.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to global stakeholders at senior level.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Desired: Master's degree (MBA) in supply chain management or business administration.
