Senior Systems Engineer – Enterprise Networking & Security

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our Riyadh team. You will design, implement and support enterprise networking and security solutions for clients across the Middle East, leveraging A10 Networks’ portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and recommend A10‑based solutions.
• Provide technical and pre‑sales support for accounts and channel partners in the assigned territory.
• Design, configure, integrate and optimise enterprise‑level networking, security, ADC, firewall and DDoS‑mitigation solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts and technical workshops.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting during implementation and post‑deployment phases.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Work with sales, marketing and product management to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Develop technical documentation such as design documents, deployment guides and best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, security and system engineering.
• 3+ years of pre‑sales experience, preferably with security vendors.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, A10 Networks Certified Professional) are highly desirable.

Required skills

• Design and deployment of Application Delivery Controllers, firewalls and DDoS mitigation systems.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, HTTP, SSL and SDN.
• Expertise in virtualization, cloud‑native architectures, application acceleration, IPv4 preservation/IPv6 migration and traffic security.
• Hands‑on experience with A10 Networks products and technologies.
