Senior Talent Management Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Management Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position in Jeddah responsible for designing and executing people strategies that align with the organization’s objectives. The role combines talent acquisition, development, succession planning and performance management to drive employee engagement, retention and cultural strength.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor talent management programs, including performance cycles, succession plans and leadership development initiatives.
• Assess workforce capabilities, identify high‑potential employees and create clear career pathways.
• Partner with business leaders to design and deliver development solutions such as training, coaching, mentoring and individual development plans.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain talent pipelines, coordinate interview processes and ensure employer branding aligns with hiring goals.
• Produce HR analytics, reports and recommendations related to talent programs while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance) and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, succession planning and performance management within a corporate environment.
• Strong background in end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, assessment and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent understanding of Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and influence talent decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms for candidate tracking and data reporting.
• Familiarity with competency‑based interview techniques and talent assessment tools.
