Senior Team Manager

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager to lead a multi‑functional team responsible for bird intake and poultry product processing at its Hail facility. The role focuses on meeting internal customer requirements while adhering to product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a self‑directing, multinational workforce to ensure efficient intake and processing of poultry.
• Develop and finalize production and maintenance plans in collaboration with production management.
• Propose plant modifications and process optimisation to reduce cost and improve service levels.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with multicultural teams and train staff for required tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the poultry or food industry.
• Experience in high‑volume operational environments.
• Proven ability to manage a multinational, multifunctional workforce.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
