Senior Technical SEO Engineer – MENA

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical SEO Engineer to lead diagnostics and remediation initiatives across MENA markets, based in Riyadh with hybrid work. The role translates business demand into measurable SEO performance, driving pipeline and revenue impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of technical SEO projects, from planning through execution and continuous optimization.
• Convert business goals into KPI trees, sprint priorities and weekly action plans.
• Design and run structured experiments, documenting learnings for scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional squads to align creative, technical and operational dependencies.
• Maintain rigorous QA, clear reporting and leadership‑ready status updates.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience in technical SEO diagnostics and remediation.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders in cross‑functional environments.
• Data‑driven decision making with strong KPI and performance analysis skills.
• Ownership mindset with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Experience delivering across multiple countries or regions is a plus.
