Senior Technical Success Manager

About the role

Infoblox is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to join its EUR Support team based in Saudi Arabia. In this role you will deliver both remote and onsite technical assistance to high‑profile customers, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries received via phone, email, or web.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite support, including standby during customer change windows.
• Take ownership of reported issues and drive them to resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement solutions for customer problems.
• Deliver prompt, accurate feedback and weekly status reports to customers.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and document outages when required.
• Recommend enhancements and workarounds for Infoblox and third‑party applications.
• Install and configure Infoblox products and related third‑party software for lab testing.
• Produce Method of Procedure documents and conduct regular operational reviews (quarterly or bi‑annual).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as the trusted advocate for the customer.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in technical support or customer success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global support team.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for onsite visits and customer engagements.

• Hands‑on experience with Infoblox networking and security solutions.
• Network troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Installation and configuration of third‑party software for testing environments.
