Senior Telecommunication Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Telecommunication Engineer to lead the design and construction phases of telecom systems for our projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing deliverables, coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines, and supporting on‑site construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update telecommunication engineering deliverables.
• Maintain telecommunication system MTO and construction BOQ.
• Coordinate design changes with Instrument & Control, Architecture, Civil, Steel Structure, and other disciplines.
• Perform red‑line markups for drawing revisions.
• Provide engineering support to the construction team for telecom system installation.
• Supervise construction and installation work for various telecom systems.
• Coordinate with the Telecom System Integrator and client project engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and design, including 5 + years with Aramco contractors on pipeline projects.
• Ability to travel frequently to remote sites.
• Knowledge of local construction technologies and material sources.
• Experience handling cultural issues in the Middle East and working with Saudi Aramco.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia and willingness to reside in Dharan.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Preferred leadership, team‑building, and multitasking abilities.
