Senior UI/UX Designer Engineer

About the role

The Senior UI/UX Designer Engineer will create end‑to‑end digital experiences for Business Products, turning business goals, customer needs and product requirements into user‑centered, scalable, and visually compelling solutions. The role supports user research, UX design, UI development, design‑system adoption and product experience optimisation while ensuring consistency, usability and accessibility.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyse complex user journeys, identify pain points and propose data‑driven improvements.
• Contribute to and extend shared design systems with reusable components and interaction guidelines.
• Translate business and product objectives into clear design solutions and communicate rationale to stakeholders.
• Produce information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI designs for data‑rich applications such as dashboards and portals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, product design or a related discipline.
• Strong experience designing B2B and/or government digital products, especially complex, data‑rich, multi‑role platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with user research, usability testing and UX evaluation.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design, information architecture, responsive design, accessibility and WCAG principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and other professional UI/UX design tools.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
