Senior UX/UI Designer – Enterprise AI Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape how enterprise clients and internal teams interact with complex AI automation platforms. You will design high‑density workflow tools such as conversation‑flow builders, agent configuration canvases, live monitoring dashboards and analytics views, turning intricate operational logic into clear, trustworthy interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end UX for core product surfaces, including flow/canvas builders, agent configuration, dashboards and analytics.
• Translate complex business logic and branching workflows into learnable interaction models.
• Design and maintain a scalable design system and component library in close collaboration with frontend engineers.
• Run and synthesize user research with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to validate designs before and after release.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI for web dashboards and visual canvas tools.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are shipped as intended and meet accessibility and edge‑case standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software or complex workflow tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design process and shipped outcomes.
• Experience designing data‑dense or canvas‑based interfaces such as flow builders, admin panels or analytics dashboards.
• Ability to simplify ambiguous, technical problems into clear, usable interfaces.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, including component systems, auto‑layout and design tokens.
• Understanding of frontend constraints, especially React component structure and responsive behavior.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing and translating findings into design decisions.
• Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design and accessibility standards.
