Senior Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Warehouse Coordinator will oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, equipment maintenance, and coordination across production, planning, export, quality, and safety functions. The role is based on‑site in a food‑manufacturing environment and requires strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily off‑loading of potato consignments and coordinate cold‑store operations with Agro, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Prepare and circulate IMPM, ageing, and PO status reports; monitor slow‑moving and non‑moving materials.
• Ensure calibration of weigh bridges, oil tanks, and potato equipment; oversee forklift maintenance and safety training.
• Upload incident, near‑miss, and CAPA reports; follow up on internal transfers and supplier invoices.
• Maintain accurate SAP movement records, conduct weekly test scripts, and generate KPI, quality hold, and month‑end closing reports.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization, enforce food‑safety standards, and lead daily pre‑shift meetings.
• Support mock recall processes, waste management, and compliance with audit requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a supply‑chain or warehouse role, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Degree in Commerce, Finance, Technical studies or related field; qualification in supply‑chain/warehousing management.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities; fluent English (spoken and written).
