Senior Wet Utilities Engineer (Full-time)

About the role

ARX is seeking a Senior Wet Utilities Engineer to join its Riyadh office. The role involves leading the design and integration of water‑related utility networks for large‑scale infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and supervise wet utility systems, including potable water, wastewater, irrigation/TSE and fire‑water networks.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, network modelling, pipe sizing and other engineering analyses.
• Ensure designs comply with Saudi regulations, standards and best practices.
• Coordinate utility corridors, crossings, connections and diversions with other disciplines.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans and documentation.
• Review designs and deliverables from engineers, designers and BIM/CAD teams.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support multidisciplinary coordination.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects with a focus on wet utilities.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of local wet‑utility regulations and standards.
