Senior Wet Utilities Engineer (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Wet Utilities Engineer to join our Riyadh office. The role involves designing, planning and overseeing wet utility networks such as potable water, wastewater, irrigation/TSE and fire water systems for infrastructure projects in the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and supervise wet utility systems for various infrastructure projects.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, network modelling, pipe sizing and other engineering analyses.
• Ensure designs comply with local KSA regulations, standards and best practices.
• Coordinate utility corridors, crossings, connections and diversions with other disciplines.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans and documentation.
• Review designs and technical deliverables from engineers, designers and BIM/CAD teams.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and liaise with authorities and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects with a focus on wet utilities.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of KSA codes, standards and utility authority requirements.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Design and construction of wet utility systems (potable water, wastewater, irrigation/TSE, fire water).
• Hydraulic calculations, network modelling and pipe sizing.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS software.
