Senior Wet Utilities Engineer (Full-time)

About the role

ARX is seeking a Senior Wet Utilities Engineer to join its Riyadh office. The role involves designing, planning and overseeing wet utility networks for large‑scale infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and supervise the design of potable water, wastewater, irrigation/TSE and fire‑water systems.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, network modelling, pipe sizing and other engineering analyses.
• Ensure all designs comply with Saudi regulations, standards and best practices.
• Coordinate utility corridors, crossings, connections and diversions with other disciplines.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans and documentation.
• Review technical deliverables from designers, BIM/CAD teams and provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience on infrastructure projects, with at least 3 years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of wet utility design and construction practices.
• Familiarity with Saudi codes, standards and utility authority requirements.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
