SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO/SEM specialist to lead our search engine optimization and paid search initiatives. The role involves developing content strategies, conducting technical audits, and managing campaigns across major platforms to boost organic visibility and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives.
• Manage campaign budgets, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Optimize website copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
• Research and implement SEO recommendations and technical audits.
• Analyze competitor advertising links and develop link‑building strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new code.
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO and SEM, managing PPC campaigns across Google.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition.
• In‑depth experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong grasp of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Up‑to‑date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
• BS/MS degree in a quantitative or test‑driven field.
