Server – Jeddah Edition Hotel

About the role

The Jeddah Edition is seeking a professional Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring a memorable dining experience in a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages according to event type and service standards.
• Set tables, arrange china and glassware, and maintain a clean work area throughout the shift.
• Answer guest questions about menu selections and communicate special dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Record orders in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Check in with guests to confirm satisfaction with each course and address any concerns promptly.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking, turning off lights, and securing the service area.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies, and report any incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in food and beverage service.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety, and company standards.
